Passive Service Monitoring (24/7)
Continuous monitoring and real-time alerts for online services- Alerts will be sent directly to the customer and any necessary interventions will be managed independently by them: €1/month, payment in advance for a minimum of 1 year.

Server Maintenance Service (Flexible Day Shift: Monday-Friday)
Continuous monitoring, (customer access to) server statistics with monthly history and real-time alerts; scheduled data backups; installed applications security updates; operating system security updates (promptly upon release, approximately weekly) and minor OS release updates (e.g. 12.x => 12.y) promptly upon release, approximately every 2 months.Annual flat fee:
- €360 (12 months), payment in advance for a minimum of 1 year, or 2 half-yearly installments
- €10/h for additional activities requested by the customer
- €60 Major release upgrade (e.g. 12.x => 13) of the operating system and post-upgrade checks, approximately every 2 years -
Night Shift: 22-06 CET - Only for maintained machines (see above)
Continuous monitoring, real-time alert management and remote intervention (in case of incident)- Weekdays: €3.5/night
- Holidays (Public Holidays and Saturday/Sunday): €5/night
- In case of night intervention: €20/h + “token”: €5Flat fee for 1 continuous month:
- €140 (30 nights) if there were no interventions, payment in advance
- €140 (30 nights, payment in advance) + €5 “token” + €20/h (for night intervention)

(The timing and costs for) updates refer to the Debian GNU/Linux stable version operating system.
Data backups will be performed only locally, unless the customer provides an additional remote destination at their own expense.

Costs are indicative and subject to change based on the criticality of the system/service to be monitored/maintained/backed up, the specific needs of the customer, and the duration of the requested service (e.g. maintenance/night availability).
All amounts are to be considered net money.
